AI Driver Assistant

A component support case for an AI-powered driver assistance device, focusing on stable power supply, compact structure, sensor integration, and reliable in-vehicle performance.

Project Background:
The Case was developing an AI driver assistant device for in-vehicle use. The product needed to support real-time sensing, data processing, visual or audio alerts, and stable operation under different driving conditions.
Because the device would be installed inside a vehicle, the internal component design had to consider limited space, vibration, heat, electromagnetic interference, and long-term reliability. The project required more than standard component sourcing — it needed practical engineering support to balance performance, structure, and manufacturability.

The project required stable electronic performance within a compact automotive environment.

01

Compact In-Vehicle Structure

The device had limited internal space, requiring careful layout of power components, sensor modules, display parts, and internal wiring.

02

Stable Power Supply

The system needed reliable power conversion and protection to support AI processing, sensing, and alert functions during vehicle operation.

03

EMI and Signal Stability

The product had to reduce interference risks and maintain stable signal performance between sensors, control boards, display modules, and communication components.

ECO Transformer supported the project through component selection, engineering communication, and sample-stage coordination.

ECO Transformer helped review the customer’s application scenario and technical requirements, then supported the selection of suitable electronic components, power-related modules, magnetic components, and display-related parts.
Our team focused on practical engineering communication, helping connect product design needs with manufacturable component solutions. During the sample stage, we also supported feedback collection and adjustment suggestions to help the customer move toward a more reliable prototype.
